Have fun...Christmas  Amazing isn’t it?  The word makes little kids jump with joy  And fills parents with stress  And I’m in the middle  Cleaning up the mess  Wrapping paper strewn across the floor  Torn ribbon everywhere  Picking up a broken toy  Brand new the day before  Painstakingly wrapped  
With love and care  Now parts are strewn  Everywhere  Adults drink  Kids play  I’m supposed to survive today  Family gatherings  Holiday dinners  Thanking people  For the gifts given  I can’t stay like this

Thunder StormWind and rain collide,  the wars have started.  Frightened I hide,  the gates of heaven parted.   
Screaming comes form inside and out,  nothing can save me,  I won’t scream or shout.  Something knocks at my window, a tree.   
I look out my window,  the war inside thunders louder.  I hide under my pillow,  Wishing I was in that shower.   
Everyone is fighting.  Sister, brother, father, mother,  they are the storm, raging,  Wind, rain, lightning, thunder.   
The cycle is unstoppable.  I’m better off on my own.  These people aren’t love Thunder Storm
